Tom LeClair joined Voltaire Compressor Solutions in February 2016 as the President and CEO. 

Tom brings 25 years of global leadership experience in the manufacturing industry to Voltaire along with a decade and a half of B2B ownership.

Tom understands how to grow business from the ground up. He honed his expertise through years of research and relationships, touring thousands of manufacturing facilities around the world to understand systems application and integration as well as go to market strategies. He spends extensive time with his clients, engineers and suppliers, to better understand how his companies can contribute directly to his client’s bottom lines. 

Tom believes in the value of building trusted, long-term relationships and bringing innovation value to each endeavor. Voltaire’s culture reflects the alignment of his personal values and ideals.

Tom is also the owner and CEO of Jerome and Horner, the industry leader in manufacturing design and build services for the Coffee and Confectionary industries. Tom prides himself on knowing his team and his customers inside and out, from the line workers who will implement the changes, to the CEOs who green light the projects, Tom knows them all. This level of team knowledge, combined with vast knowledge of the industry best practices allow Tom and Jerome and Horner to find timely, executable CAPEX solutions for his clients which increase efficiency and margins from day one. 

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Boston College and a Master’s in Business Administration from Georgetown University – McDonough School of Business and ESADE Business and Law School.
